The house is set up for 8 automatically, if you have more than 8 guests, please update your booking accordingly to ensure all guests have linen and towels.  

We will need proof of flea/tick free.  Pets not allowed on furniture.  Fee per each pet.

We have been hosting guests since 2012, and definitely enjoy sharing our homes with our guest.  We provide self check in with keypad entries for all homes, and strive to make sure all.of our guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay, whether it is in the mountains of Virginia or the Atlantic Ocean.
